Our approach
Five steps, transparent rates, nothing hidden.
We help SMBs structurally improve processes, build custom business software, and apply automation and AI.
Before we build or advise, we listen first. The best solution starts by understanding how your business actually works, not how it looks on paper.
Why this is different
Most consultants and builders bring one of two things: technical skill or industry knowledge. I bring both.
many years in manufacturing as welder, machinist, technical salesperson, project leader and technical manager. At companies from small SMB to international heavy-industry suppliers. Since 2024 full-time software developer too, with a proprietary platform ecosystem of eleven products.
That means I already know your shop floor before the conversation starts. No long explanations of what a work order, a refurbishment trajectory or a bill of materials is. No time lost on industry onboarding. We talk straight away about what could be better, and how we tackle it together.

Our approach in five steps
Per step you know what we will do, what it costs and what it delivers. Nothing hidden, no separate reports, no surprises when the invoice arrives.
Intro call and scoping
A first 30-minute video call, no obligation and no sales pitch. We explore what is going on, whether there is a match, and what the next logical step would be. After that a short scoping where we jointly determine which direction and hour budget fit.
You get
A clear picture of whether we move forward together, and which time-card and approach fit.
Analysis
We map your processes, systems and information flows as they work in practice. Not through an interview with management, but by talking with the people working in them every day.
You get
A process map, a bottleneck list and a priority matrix showing where time or money is leaking and where the biggest wins are.
Strategy
Based on the analysis we jointly decide what comes first, what later and what perhaps not at all. Here technical choices and organisational choices come together.
You get
A concrete plan with phasing, deliverables, hour estimates and agreements on roles and delivery.
Implementation
Build, connect, test, roll out. In sprints or in steps, you set the pace. Along the way we show working versions so you can steer before it is too late.
You get
Working software on your own infrastructure, tested with real data, deployed by real users.
Handover and ownership
Software is only valuable if your own team can run with it. Delivery includes explanation, training where needed, access to code and infrastructure. You are never dependent on us, also not if we walk away tomorrow.
You get
Full handover of operations, documentation, access and code.
How we work
No subscription, no six-week proposal process. You buy an hour-card and we work in sprints or in steps, at the pace you choose.
| Form | Per hour | Total |
|---|---|---|
| 20-hour card | € 120 | € 2,400 |
| 40-hour card | € 115 | € 4,600 |
| 80-hour card | € 110 | € 8,800 |
Amounts exclude VAT. Larger projects can be agreed on a fixed-price basis after the scoping phase. For projects under 20 hours or individual follow-up hours we work on a fixed price by arrangement.
How this looks in practice
In a typical engagement we start with a few days of analysis on-site or remote, followed by a session where we jointly set priorities. Then we work in cycles of two to four weeks, each ending with a working delivery you can see, use and evaluate.
Customers most often pick a 40-hour card as starting point. Enough to build a first real result, not so much that you commit to something that might not fit. If it runs, we scale up with a larger card. If it stops, it stops, no fuss.
