Services
Three services, often combined in one track.
With years of experience in manufacturing, from the shop floor to management level, we know how your company works before we ask a question. No standard advisory tracks, but targeted support that fits your processes, your people and your pace.
Depending on where your organisation stands, we help determine the right direction, guide the execution, or set up your own AI environment fully under your control.
01 · Process analysis and advice
Many organisations know things could be smarter, but lack the time, overview or experience to translate that into concrete steps. We map where your processes get stuck, where time is lost and where improvement demonstrably pays off, before you invest in anything.
What we do
- Analysis of processes, systems and information flows as they work in practice
- Identifying bottlenecks and causes, not just symptoms
- Determining where automation or AI actually adds value
- Clarifying priorities and next steps
- Alignment with internal teams, IT and any external parties
This fits when
- You want to improve, but do not know where to start
- There are ideas, but no direction or overview
- You want a grip first before investing in new technology
What it delivers
- Clear choices and a concrete plan of action
- Insight into where your organisation leaves time and money on the table
- No reports in a drawer, but recommendations you can actually execute
02 · Automation and AI implementation
Once it is clear what needs improving, we realise the solutions. We automate recurring work and apply AI where it practically contributes to overview, reliability and time savings, always tuned to your existing systems and way of working.
What we do
- Automating recurring, manual tasks
- Setting up workflows, reports and notifications
- Connecting existing systems such as ERP, WMS or CRM
- Applying AI for analysis, support or summarisation
- Testing, implementing and embedding in daily operations
This fits when
- Employees spend too much time on repeatable, manual work
- Errors arise from manual entry or handover between systems
- Systems work separately and give insufficient overview
What it delivers
- Time savings and less operational pressure
- Fewer errors and more consistent work
- Room for employees to focus on work that truly has value
03 · Your own AI environment
Many companies want to get started with AI, but have legitimate questions: where does our data go? What if the consultant leaves? Do we become dependent on a system we do not understand?
That is why in most tracks we work with an approach where you get your own AI environment: running on your own server, in your own network, visible to your IT department.
No data going to external cloud platforms. You can always see what is running, how it is built and who has access. We build and guide. The keys stay with you.

What we do
- Setting up an AI server on your infrastructure or an environment you manage
- Configuring AI models and tools that fit your use cases
- Developing and testing the first applications
- Handing over management and explanation to your team
- Optional: further development and guidance over the longer term
This fits when
- You want to experiment with AI without sharing data externally
- You want to keep control over what is built and how it works
- You do not want to become dependent on a single external party
What it delivers
- Your own AI foundation that you manage and can expand further
- Full visibility over data, access and operation
- Independence, even when we are no longer involved
Under the hood
You do not need to know how it works technically, but you may. For the IT lead or technical director who wants to understand what is built:
- Self-hosted AI models on your own hardware (no data to OpenAI, Google or Microsoft)
- Integration with existing ERP, WMS and CRM systems via REST APIs
- Automated workflows via n8n, open-source and fully transparent
- PostgreSQL databases with vector search for intelligent product recognition
- Docker containerisation for manageability and scalability
- Role-based access control and data isolation
